A typical German working day
This is not the first time i am travelling to germany for work. This is the 4th time. I have been observing the German's work culture and i thought of putting in my blog spot.
Day starts early for all the Germans. They come to office early by 7-30 in the morning. There are few cases where people come 5 in the morning and vanish early from the office. People are very focussed at work. They work exactly 8 hours a day not more than that or not less than that. When started to work.. they only take break to fetch the coffee and a lunch break. They donot even browse the net. Work, meetings and go home. Their famliy life is quite private for them. They donot bring the family in their work. Weekends they r not approachable,
